1. How you pay
The Pro plan is a subscription, monthly (US$ 9.99) or yearly (US$ 79), and it renews itself at the end of each period until you cancel. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it charges you, issues the invoice and takes care of the taxes that apply in your country. We never see or store your card details.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in the app (or from the link in your receipt email). There is no commitment and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, the next renewal is not charged and you keep the Pro plan until the end of the period you already paid. After that you go back to the free plan: your projects and their tracks are not deleted, only those beyond the free plan limits stay locked, and they come back if you return to Pro.
3. Refunds
- 14 days, no questions asked: if it is not for you, we refund 100% of your first payment (monthly or yearly) if you ask within 14 days of the charge.
- Renewals: if you missed cancelling by mistake and we charged a renewal, we refund it if you ask within 7 days of the charge and you did not use the service in the new period.
- Outside those windows we do not give partial refunds for unused time, unless the law of your country says otherwise or the service has seriously and persistently failed.
- With a refund the subscription ends and the plan goes back to free immediately.
4. How to ask
Write to us from the support page (topic "My account, my plan or my data") with your account email. We reply within a few business days. The money goes back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few days to show it.
5. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit the rights that consumer law in your country gives you.
